Very beautiful and large hand carved Cameo and it is in good condition. Swedish18K gold hallmarks from year 1921. There is a unclear inscription on the back. We are not sure if the pin is made of 18k or not, the color is slightly lighter the the rest of the brooch (this is quite common as 18k would be to soft to use for the pin.)
