Beautiful large deep mouth plate decorated with flowers. Likely made for export to the south east asian market. 18th century.

These wares and their specific characteristics of wild color and thick enamel have all the characteristics that is typical of Straits and Bencharong wares.

Condition: Checked with UV Lamp, two hairlines to the rim. Nicks to the the rim (mainly to the back side). General wear and manufacturing flaws.
