Chinese antique hatstand / brushpot, dated 1914, #2316

An antique handpainted brushpot / hatstand decorated with a mother and nanny and 5 sons. 五子登科 (Chinese proverb called 5 sons passing the imperial examination). The pot is dated to the year 1914 甲寅. 

Condition: Checked with UV light. Perfect condition. No nick, no hairline, no restoration. General wear and manufacturing flaws.
