Chinese antique porcelain vase / lamp, Kangxi period #2066

Beautiful porcelain vase converted to lamp. Figure decorations in underglazed blue and white. Kangxi period 1662-1722.

Condition: Checked with UV lamp. The vase has been drilled for electric cord. One nick at the bottom corner. Restored/retouched glaze frittings / nicks at the edges of the vase. (its very common to see this type of glaze frittings on the edges of pieces from this period). The vase rim which is covered by the metal mount has restoration and damage. (Not visible when metal mount is on).

The lamp is functioning when tested and is fitted with a north European socket. General wear. No guarantee is however given on function of the electric and lamp.

The lamp shade is NOT included in this sale!

Friendly reminder: You are buying an antique object, not a new or unused item. In addition to the major flaws mentioned in above condition report, you can expect to find insignificant micro nicks/fritting’s, wear and other traces of usage. If you need additional pictures or information, please contact us in advance.

Note: Electric wiring is suitable for Scandinavia. I recommend to change to a modern electric socket before use for safety.

Note: Sweden uses 220-240 V 50 Hz electrical current. If your country uses an other electric current like US or Japan you may need to use an adapter to convert the current before using.

Measurement:

Hight: 25.5cm (up to the metal mount)
