Late Qing Dynasty vase decorated children , flowers and birds in underglazed blue and white. Kangxi revival,  end of 19th c. 

Condition:  

Checked with UV lamp. 3 nicks at the rim of the cover. 1 "Y" shape hairline.  Manufacturing flaws.  Wear.
