A beautiful vase made lamp from the 18th century, Qianlong period.
Condition: Drilled and made into lamp. The vase have crazing / crackle in the glaze in many places which is due to age. Some can be seen with the eyes others only with uv light. I don't believe they are through-going, just shallow lines in the glaze. But since its mounted with a lamp I can not check it from the inside. Hairlines are normally straight lines and this is not the case on this vase as you can see from the pictures under uv light. The bottom of the vase have been restored and repainted. Lamp is functioning when tested, but we do not guarantee the electric function. The lamp is fitted with a north European electrical cable and plug.
